Terms and Conditions

All bookings made with Trail Mania Trek are subject to the following Terms & Conditions. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms.

1. Booking Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed after receipt of the required deposit or full payment.
• The lead traveler must be at least 18 years old and accept these terms on behalf of all group members.

2. Payments

• A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid before the trip begins or as agreed with Trail Mania Trek.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• 30+ days before departure: Full refund (excluding bank transfer and administrative fees).
• 8–29 days before departure: 80% refund.
• Within 7 days of departure: No refund.
• Tibet & Bhutan trips: Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before departure for a 50% refund.

4. Changes to Bookings

• Booking changes or transfers to another traveler may be permitted with prior notice and may incur an administrative fee.
• Name changes close to departure cannot be guaranteed.

5. Pricing

• Package prices may change only due to government taxes, permit fees, fuel costs, or other unavoidable increases.
• Any significant price increase will be communicated before departure.

6. Traveler's Responsibilities

• Travelers must carry a valid passport, visa (if required), travel insurance, and be medically fit for the chosen trek or tour.
• Any medical conditions or special requirements must be disclosed before booking.

7. Trip Changes & Force Majeure

• Trail Mania Trek reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, natural disasters, political situations, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control while ensuring the best possible alternatives.

8. Liability

• Trail Mania Trek is responsible for providing the services included in your confirmed itinerary.
• We are not liable for delays, injuries, loss of personal belongings, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Complaints

• Any issues during the trip must be reported immediately to your guide or our office so they can be resolved promptly.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
